it's about 10 min. before i have to pick matt up, on a friday afternoon, and i'm pondering what/who i should be, what i have to do - why can't i just BE? be and be, not having to worry how i don't want to be like, or how others would perceive me as. it seems these days i'm too worried of what not to be...being is short, being is believing, being is being.





i wrote this little journal entry last year, in october!
and if felt right to post it, and it feels the same;
am i growing? yes? no? not really? can't tell?

i got this pink lingerie drappy thing like a year ago, never worn

it, but decided to layer it over a red lingerie dress - i tied

them both into knots to the left side...

slingbacks, dolce & gabbana's yo!!! for like 20 bucks at

i started this drawing last night, 7/17;
it's gunna be all black ink, micron pens, and the lining
of miniature trees on the bottom are gunna be some
shade of greeeeeeeen - i hope to finish it today so i can show
you the end result!

i find that we disagree with one another a lot;
it's not necessarily a bad thing yeah?

but, it does cause a lot unnecessary turbulence...no?

well, i think an open mind with a lot of agreement is better
than a closed mind with...

a pattern

dated 11/2/2010, i drew this picture as i was waiting at the dfw airport -
then the poem came soon after the drawing was complete

it's a bit hard to read, so i'll type it out:

a pattern.

a pattern is on the chair.
you can make up a pattern for the floor.
it takes time for a pattern to form on leaves.
fill up the empty spaces with a pattern, an idea,
fill it up with words.
see a pattern in the dark, create a pattern by daylight.
always see a pattern.

what do you guys think? is the poem a bit off with the choice of words?

almost complete! the middle colorful cardboard thing didn't get to show! :'(



back in april, my co-worker and i had to come up with a few
designs for a fashion event - for earth month; we used
magazine paper, packaging paper, used clothing and
bottle caps PLUS lots of duct tape, some zip ties and
hot glue

thanks to help from our whole staff and students!!!
